Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms provide a lovely mountain view from the 3rd floor but can be noisy due to the main road. They are well-equipped and comfortable, though. The service is friendly and helpful, offering assistance in booking activities. The location is quiet and beautiful, yet a bit far from the beach. The dining experience, while having a good variety, could be inconsistent. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory.
My family and I were very impressed with this hotel. The room had everything we needed, even a water bath on the balcony which was really cool. The service was top-notch, and the view from the pool to the beach was amazing. The location was close to the beach, making it a preferred choice for our next trip to Thailand.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely lovely—spacious and fab bathroom area with a comfortable bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the receptionist was friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. However, I found the hotel lacking in some areas for a 4-star establishment.
I stayed in a deluxe seaview room that was lovely with views of Kata Beach and the surrounding mountainside, although it didn't have the sea view as advertised. The room was amazing, clean, spacious, and even had a sofa. The service provided was of high quality, with helpful staff ready to assist, although the check-in process felt rushed and unkind. The location was nice in the evenings, centering between Patong, Karon, Ravai, and Promthep, but it could be challenging for those without transport due to the distance from nearby restaurants and a busy road to cross. The dining experience offered a variety that wasn't boring during my 12-day stay, with a great rooftop bar and cool water balcony rooms, but the food was overrated. The hotel facilities were commendable, and the evening shuttle to the beach was a nice touch.
The hotel had a spectacular view and was very comfortable, but we were disappointed with the strong smell of urine in the rooms. It was also far from amenities, making taxi rides expensive.
